Gotta love ZZ Top at half time!
The Jayhawks lead the Hokies 17-7 at that half and will receive the ball to open the 3rd quarter. KU's defense dominated Virginia Tech's freshman quarterback with a pick 6 and a couple of brutal sacks. Brandon Ore, the outstanding Hokie halfback, sat out the first quarter - but came in on a second quarter drive that took nearly 6 minutes off the clock and resulted in a TD. VT has a slight edge in time of possession, but the Jayhawks are winning where it matters, the score. It should be a great 2nd half.
